Recently, the provincial Department of Health has cooperated with Viettel Military Industry and Telecommunications Corporation in offering training on IT to connect the databases of the province’s medicine suppliers. Dong Nai is the first province in Vietnam to carry out this in order to meet the Ministry of Health’s requirements for the application of IT in pharmacies by 2019, in all drug stores by 2020, and in all medicine cabinets in communal health stations by 2021.
