A training session on ISO held Update: 15-05-2019
On May 14, Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology (DOST) offered training on the general knowledge of ISO to its officials and civil servants.

The training session consisted of 2 main parts: building and applying the TCVN ISO 9001:2015-based quality management system, orientation on the application of information technology software, and training on internal assessment.


Through the training session, trainees were able to learn the overview of TCVN ISO 9001:2015 standards, the special features of the state administrative agencies as well as the application of TCVN ISO 9001:2015-based quality management system in state administrative agencies, textual information in the quality management system, steps to build a TCVN ISO 9001:2015-based quality management system.


During the internal assessment training program, trainees were provided with the knowledge of assessment concept, assessment targets, how to manage the assessment program of the quality management system and how to organize an assessment session.
