Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology announced its personnel appointment decision Update: 13-05-2019
On May 13, 2019, Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology (DOST) held a ceremony to announce its personnel appointment decision.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoang, Director of DOST handed appointment decisions over to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao Nguyen, Chief of Legal Affairs Division, who is appointed as Director of Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality measurement; Mrs. Tran Thi Huynh Huong, Chief of Planning and Finance Division, who is appointed as Chief of Science Management Division; Mr. Le Phat Hien, Chief of Technology Management and Technology Market Division, who is appointed as Deputy Chief of Specific Management Division; Mr. Tran Tan Phong, Chief of Local Science and Technology Management Division, who is appointed as Deputy Chief of Science Management Division; Mr. Giang Vu Van, Deputy Chief of Specific Management Division, who is appointed as Deputy Chief of Office; Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Thuy Dien, Deputy Chief of Planning and Finance Division, who is appointed as Deputy Chief of Office; Mr. Pham Long, Deputy Chief of Local Science and Technology Management Division, who is appointed as Deputy Chief of Science Management Division. The appointment period for the above titles is 5 years as from May 15, 2019.

Addressing the personnel appointment decision handover and announcement ceremony, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoang asked the appointed officials this time to continue to study to improve their knowledge and make a lot of great efforts in their work to promote the sense of responsibility for their assigned tasks.

 

Implementing the 12th Central Executive Committee’s Resolution no. 18 on “Some issues related to continuing to innovate, arrange and organize a streamlined and effective political system”, up to now DOST has completed the merger of this apparatus. Accordingly, DOST had 8 units including Office, Inspectorate, Planning and Finance, Legal Affairs, Science Management Division, Local Science and Technology Management, Specific Management Division, and Department of Standards – Metrology – Quality. After a merger, there will be five units left: Office, Specific Management Division, Science Management Division, Inspectorate, and Department of Standards - Metrology - Quality.
